Fun things to do:

  • The Lower East Side Tenement Museum, located in an actual tenement, is dedicated to interpreting and preserving the history of the immigrant experience on New York City’s Lower East Side.
  • Get an insider’s perspective (free of charge!) through a Big Apple Greeter program. Since its start in 1992, Big Apple Greeter has welcomed more than 75,000 visitors, with visits conducted in 22 languages.
  • When you’re done visiting Riverside, enjoy the view from Top of the Rock observation deck, part of the Rockefeller Center complex that houses our offices.

Our favorite restaurant: In a city loaded with great steakhouses, try your meat with a little twist at Churrascaria Plataforma, an authentic Brazilian rodizio restaurant.
